The Model 395 Disc may be Ezee-On’s lightest disc but it is definitely medium weight when compared to the competition. Well suited to smaller farming operations, this disc is available in sizes from 11.5ft. to 20ft. and features components found on larger models. With an average weight per tillage foot of 340 lbs., this unit is capable of either primary or finish-discing operations.
Spring-Loaded Gang beams are supplied as standard equipment on all Model 395 discs. This important feature provides additional protection to both blades and bearings and thus eliminating the need for optional spring cushioned hangers.
The Center Shank c/w 10” shovel is supplied standard on the Model 395 disc. Adjustable vertically to leave a level soil profile, the coil spring shank removes the center bulk left by the tandem front gangs.
The Hitch is a single draw-pole design which allows for sharp, tight turns both in and out of the field. In addition to being spring loaded, the hitch is crank adjustable for front-to-rear leveling of the disc.
 
FRAME: All welded 4” x 4” x .250 wall tubular construction.

GANG BEAMS: Spring-mounted, 4” x 4” x .250 wall tubing construction.

HITCH: Spring loaded, adjustable vertically to level disc. Clevis style hitch is standard.

CENTER SHANK: 1” square coil spring shank c/w 10” shovel is standard.

GANG ANGLE: Adjustable, 16, 19, 22 or 25 degrees front and 14, 17, 20, or 23 degrees rear.

GANG SHAFT: 1-15/16” diameter, high carbon steel.

SPOOLS: Steel, 5" diameter, squared and beveled.
BLADES: 22 or 24” diameter, notched or plain.

BEARINGS: 211 Series c/w bearing shields, greaseable bearings.

FURROW FILLER BLADES: Integral to rear gangs, two supplied standard - 4” less than cutting blades.

SCRAPERS: 4” wide, U-Bolt mounted to scraper bar for maximum adjustment.

BEARING HANGERS: Formed 5/8” x 6” steel, reinforced.
Hangers are U-Bolt mounted to gang beam for ease of adjustment or removal.

TIRES: 7.60 x 15 tires are standard on all 395 discs.
