Pallet Forks Bale Spear
MODEL 49 TOOL BAR SYSTEM: Allows either Bale Spear or Pallet Fork to be installed on your loader. The frame is fabricated from 3½" square tubing. Available with either bolt-on attaching lugs or Ezee-A-Tach system for most Ezee-On loaders. Lugs for other-than-Ezee-On Loaders are available.  
PALLET FORKS: Fastens quickly to Tool Bar with two pins. Fork spacing is infinitely adjustable. Forks are 5" wide x 44½" long. Rated capacity is 3000 lbs. @ 22" long center.
BALE SPEAR: One 49" tapered prong mounts to a welded bushing in the Tool Bar. Two 10" stabilizing prongs are clamped to bottom of Tool Bar.
Grapple Fork		 Bale Handler

MODEL 791 GRAPPLE FORK: The 791 Grapple Fork is ideal for handling manure silage or round bales. Two 2" x 12" cylinders operate the grapple arms. The frame is constructed of 3" x 3" square tubing. The tines are 5/8" x 3" x 26" long. Three adjustable tines are supplied as standard equipment, extra grapple tines and silage guard are available as options.

MODEL 50 BALE HANDLER: The Model 50 Bale Handler is specially designed to handle square or round bales. The 3½" x 3½" frame is designed to accept 1, 2 or 3 - 49" tapered forged prongs; two- 10" stabilizers are supplied standard. All Model 50 Bale Handers are available as Ezee-A-Tach only, (loader must be equipped with a Ezee-A-Tach Carrier).

AUXILIARY CONTROL VALVES:
A wide range of optional 2 or 3 function valves c/w controls are available for most tractor hydraulic systems.

"ECONOMY" Joystick mounted on monoblock valve:
Direct Operated Auxiliary Valves are controlled with handles mounted on the Economy Joystickvalve. Two function valves use a two-way joystick to operate lift and bucket. Three function valves use the same two-way joystick to operate lift and bucket and a second single handle is used to operate the attachment.
Hydraulic Valves are available for Open Center, Closed Center and Load Sensing systems.

 

Remote Joystick"REMOTE" Joystick(s) 2 or 3 function:
Remote Operated Auxiliary Valves are available for operating either 2 or 3 loader functions. Two function valves use a single two-way joystick to operate the lift and the bucket. A three function control uses a single two-way joystick to operate bucket and lift plus a second control lever is used to operate an attachment such as a grapple fork. The third control can be a second single function joystick or an electric solenoid that operates the attachment with a push button mounted in the two-way joystick.The Joysticks Controls can be installed in the cab with either a floor mounted pedestal stand which has adjustable tilt, or with a fender mount bracket.
