No Roller Changes: changing
from fine to coarse rollers when switching from one
product to another can be time consuming. On the 3000
and 4000 Series Air Carts switching products - even
canola to peas - requires no metering roller changes
or adjustments.
“Easiest-in-the-Industry” 3-Step
Rate Test: rate tests can be time consuming,
but not with 3000 and 4000 Air Carts. The Air Cart
monitor calculates and displays each application
rate setting: therefore no charts, decals or calculators
are required. It’s as simple as 1-2-3.
• Step 1: Input desired application
rate into monitor.
• Step 2: Crank out product sample into rate pan, weigh
product and input weight into monitor.
• Step 3: Install displayed Quick-Change sprocket combination
(3000 Series) or set Zero-Max position (4000 Series) as displayed by the monitor.
Unique “Monitor
Down” feature: all 3000 and 4000
Air Carts feature a fully mechanical metering
drive system that allows the operator to continue
seeding even if a complete monitor system failure
has occured. Ezee-On does not recommend operating
without a monitoring system, however instances
can arise when this emergency mode is necessary.
This important feature can prevent costly down
time.
Fold down railings and a low tank height allow for
off-season storage in sheds with shorter doors.
A large platform with a ladder
on each side, provides convenient access to the
top of the tank.
Only Ezee-On’s “Smart
Monitor Technology” goes beyond simplicity
and accuracy. Example: Application rates and settings
are calculated and displayed by the monitor for
any product.
Variable speed Zero-Max transmissions
allow the operator to quickly and easily adjust application
rates. In-cab rate control utilizes electric actuators
that can be operated from the cab. Manual rate control
utilizes an adjustable screw crank on each transmission.
28L x 26 R2 rice lug tires support
the weight of the air cart with minimal soil compaction.
The extra deep lugs provide a nice field finish
behind the Air Cart.
Our 17” (432mm) fan delivers
large volumes of air at slower speeds, minimizing
seed damage. Ezee-On’s efficient use of air
flow allows the operator to single or double shoot
sizeable application rates with only a single fan.
